Rooted Futures is a social impact studio dedicated to cultivating healing, sustainability, and systems change.

We are a Black-led, woman-founded studio based in New Orleans, where the soil is rich with culture, resistance, and new growth. Born from lived experience, ancestral knowledge, and collective vision, Rooted Futures exists to restore what's been severed—relationships, land stewardship, organizational integrity, and our right to thrive.

We work at the intersections of facilitation, coaching, publishing, and urban land use. Our offerings are not just services—they're invitations to imagine and build liberated futures where Black and Brown communities grow, heal, and lead.

Whether we’re growing vegetables in reclaimed neighborhood lots, guiding leaders through transformation, or crafting printed tools for self-work, we remain rooted in purpose, people, and possibility.

Because we believe futures are made—not found.

And ours will be rooted.

An urban garden with neatly arranged plots of soil, surrounded by various residential and commercial buildings. There are small greenhouses made of transparent plastic and a few trees scattered around the area. The garden is bordered by fences, and in the background, a mix of vegetation and rooftops is visible under a cloudy sky.

A community garden with wooden planters filled with lush green plants, set against an urban background. There are several trees and a large brick building with a historic architecture style. Cars are parked on the street, and hills with more buildings are visible in the background under a blue sky with few clouds.
